Catering in our country has experienced high growth rates higher than those recorded for other commercial sectors.
Seasonal catering units represent a high percentage (20.5% of total network catering) which corresponds to the needs of our tourism strongly influenced by seasonality (especially on the coast).
To better satisfy the needs of tourists was developed a network of units with specific representative offering traditional cuisine in a pleasant, with elements of culture, architecture, interior and exterior, with well chosen and executed artistic programs , which gives new valences catering, greater attractiveness.
Despite successes on line diversification catering network, there is still a need to further expand the network of more units approved by population and tourists, such as placintariile, covrigariile, the units of drinks, dietary menu.
